Family Yoga is a fantastic activity to do with your children, to help connect in a fun, playful way in a safe environment.

My 'Family Yoga' sessions are designed to help us connect as a family unit, whether it be mum/dad/grandparents/carers etc etc. All adults and abilities are welcome and children aged 5-12yrs and you do not have to have done any yoga before... ever! They are fun, interactive and educational, helping you bring techniques into the home that can continually help to build connection with your children.

A typical session includes
​
* Our opening circle - a short discussion on the theme of the session or thought of the day
* Breathing exercises / chanting / tapping / body percussion to warm up our bodies and our inner prana (energy)
* Poses a plenty (for all abilities) - to help us physically connect through partner poses
* Relaxation - for both adult and child!
* Our closing circle to reflect on the session
