"We have been looking for a childrens yoga class for a couple of years so were really pleased when this popped on our radar! Our 8 year old daughter has a range of things such as hyper mobility, ADHD and anxiety, and yoga was recommended by several professionals. She has enjoyed coming and showing us the things she has learnt. We have also used the skills she has learnt, such as the breathing techniques, when she has been upset and anxious.
